Welcome to our happy hair home! Whether you're new to the area or just looking for a new experience, we understand how scary it can be to see a new stylist. We're here to make this process as easy as possible so you're fully prepared for your first visit with us and can get comfy ASAP.

Choose your stylist and book online! You'll receive a text or email from us with information on what to expect at your appointment and a client intake form for you to complete.
before your visit
After booking your appointment, you can expect a confirmation text 72 hours before, as well as a reminder 24 hours before. You can make changes to your appointment online up to 48 hours before your appointment. The week of your appointment, we will reach out with more information about arriving to the salon. We will also send you a consultation form so we can be better prepared for your first meeting with us.

Settle in, grab a snack, let's have a chat! At TIME.SPACE COLLECTIVE we think the consultation is one of the most important parts of your service. This is our opportunity to understand your vision, educate you on your options, and create a haircare plan that meets your needs for this appointment and serves your longterm goals for your style and maintenance.
We appreciate any pictures you want to share to help communicate your ultimate goals for your personal style. We'll have some resources to help you understand our possible approaches, different variations of your desired result, and how our choices today fit into a comprehensive haircare plan.

Once we're on the same page about your hair aspirations and avoids, we'll go over the plan for today's service and your maintenance services and get started. Throughout your service we're happy to answer any questions you might have about the how, what, and why of your process. We'll also walk you through styling tips and at-home care.

During your appointment we'll have plenty of creature comforts available including soft drinks, wine, and gender-free Girl Dinner as well as wifi, phone chargers, and more. We can trade playlists or just relax! Feel free to bring a book, tv show, or work laptop with you. The time you spend in our space is yours to enjoy however you'd like!

Once your new look is complete, we'll go over any products you're taking home with you and set up your next appointment or schedule a reminder for you to book at your convenience. If timing and lighting allow, we'll conclude our visit with some photos of your fresh finish.
